Pain au chocolat

Ingredients
- 1 Roll Vegan puff pastry
- 1 Fine & Raw 70% Dark Chocolate Bar
- 3 tablespoon Plant based milk
Hot chocolate
- 1 ½ cup Plant based milk
- 1 Fine & Raw 70% Dark Chocolate Bar
- 1 tbsp Fine & Raw Sweet Hazelnut spread
- ½ tablespoon Cornflour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°/ 350°F/Gas mark 4. Line with greaseproof/parchment paper.
- Roll the pastry into a large rectangle and slice into 8 rectangles.
- Slice the chocolate into lines and place one on either side of the pastry. Fold the pastry into the center and brush with milk.
- Align the pastries flat side up on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed up and golden.
- As they cool, make the hot chocolate by heating together the milk, cocoa, chocolate and cornflour on medium heat and stir constantly until thick.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy with your Pain au chocolat!
