Chocolate and Peanut Butter Stuffed Banana Pastries

Ingredients
- 8 bananas
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ Fine & Raw 70% dark chocolate bar
- 3 tablespoon plant based milk
- 1 Roll vegan puff pastry
- 4 tablespoon Fine & Raw Sweet Hazelnut Spread
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°/ 350°F/Gas mark 4. Line with greaseproof/parchment paper.
- Scoop out the center of the bananas and fill with peanut butter using a piping bag.
- Chop the chocolate into small chunks and fit it into the banana and pb.
- Roll the pastry into a rectangle and slice it into strips. Wrap the banana in the pastry making sure the fillings are covered.
- Brush the pastries with milk and bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed up and golden.
- Once baked, allow it to cool and drizzle on some fine and raw spread and enjoy!
