Marcona almond + chocolate + rosemary butter

Marcona almonds come from Spain. They're toasted in olive oil and salted - and they end up exemplifying the almond version of umami/deliciousness. Their depth and richness of flavor feel borderline indulgent, and compounding the effect is the lavish macadamia-like texture. Nutritionally, they're like regular old California almonds too.

Logically, we made almond butter with said Marconas and added chocolate and a nuance of rosemary. This resulted in a food experience bordering the insane (and you can spread it on toast). We recommend simply spooning it out the jar though.
